Welcome to Brook Crossing Homeowner’s Association.

We are a non-mandatory/ volunteer based Homeowner’s Association for Brook Crossing Estates residents. We are located in Naperville, Illinois about 40 miles southwest of Chicago. Our main entrance is at Plainfield/Naperville Road and Gateshead Drive.

We are a subdivision within Indian Prairie District 204. There are two schools in our subdivision, Clow Elementary School and Gregory Middle School. Both Schools are within walking distance for most residents. Neuqua Valley High School is approximately one mile away. The award winning Naperville Public Library, 95th Street Branch is also approximately one mile away.

Membership is $20 per year January to December. We exist for the purpose to interest our members in the exchange of ideas, and the promotion of beneficial activities in civic and other matters of common cause to the residents of Brook Crossing Estates Subdivision.

Members organize to maintain our front entrance and the neighborhood. We have many social events throughout each year including an Easter Egg Hunt, a Fourth of July Parade, a Community Yard Sale, Kindergarten Bash, and our annual Block Party.

There is a Board of Directors composed of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. There are also Coordinators for other activities. These are all strictly volunteer positions with only the Board of Directors being elected by the community at large.
